One connected production sequence.

Each order begins with the operating application, not a standard assumption. The approved requirement then travels with the job through material, machining, fabrication, assembly, testing and dispatch.

Manufacturing process

Eight controlled stages.

A clear production path makes responsibilities, inspection points and release criteria easier to follow from approved design to dispatch.

  1. 01

    Design & engineering review

Application load, pressure, mounting and duty cycle are reviewed before the cylinder design is released.

  2. 02

    Raw material inspection

Incoming tubes, rods and components are checked against material specifications and supporting certificates.

  3. 03

    Precision machining

Tube honing, rod grinding and CNC machining establish the tolerances and surface finish needed for reliable sealing.

  4. 04

    Welding & fabrication

Cylinder bodies and mounting components are fabricated to the approved design by skilled production teams.

  5. 05

    Controlled assembly

Application-matched seals and inspected components are assembled in a controlled production environment.

  6. 06

    Hydro & functional testing

Pressure, leakage and full-stroke function are checked before the equipment is approved for finishing.

  7. 07

    Painting & finishing

Surface treatment and paint systems are completed against the customer or applicable industry requirement.

  8. 08

    Final inspection & dispatch

The build, inspection record and dispatch documentation receive a final release review.

Production disciplines

Critical work stays connected.

01

Precision machining

Honing, grinding and CNC operations establish dimensional accuracy and surface finishes that protect sealing performance.

02

Fabrication & assembly

Approved components, mounting details and application-matched seals are brought together through a controlled build sequence.

03

Tested release

Hydro, leakage and functional checks are completed before finishing, final inspection and dispatch documentation.
