Complete overhaul of imported and domestic hydraulic cylinders. Service includes total disassembly, thorough degreasing, bore honing up to 1,000 mm, rod straightening/re-chroming, new gland bushes, and fresh paint.

100% Hydrostatic and bypass pressure validation.
Every reconditioned cylinder is mounted on our dedicated vertical test bench, cycled under simulated full-load pressure up to 500 bar, and checked for zero internal passing and zero rod gland leakage.
Supplied with official test certificate, pressure graph, and warranty on replaced seals and remachined surfaces.
