Engineering & Application

Precision engineered for zero passing & heavy service.

Integrally moulded elastomer liner prevents the dislocation of seat which enhances durability.

An ideal sealing between body, disc and stem is created by Flat surface on the disc and the liner at the top and bottom.

Elastomer body liner extends deep from the top to the bottom of disc shaft passages with integral 'O' ring to make sure that the working media does not contact the body material, thus the durability of the body is improved.

A primary seal provided at the top end of the body checks any foreign particles from entering the Valve, thus the life of the Stem is increased and its operation becomes smooth.

The Valve disc design makes it sure that there is a smooth straight flow, which minimizes pressure drop across the Valve.

Close tolerance maintained between the liner, the disc and the stem minimizes operation torque and causes smooth and easy operation.

Integrally moulded liner holds integral gasket with it at both ends of the Valve hence no Valve mounting gaskets are needed.

Top platform of the Valve is perfect to mount actuator or manual gearbox directly.
